The Way The Military Donates...

So here is an interesting article on how active duty military members actually donate money in the respect of political donations to our presidential candidates. This should open the eyes of anyone who thinks we should stay the course or people who are in defiance of some sort of timeline for military withdrawal in Iraq, and still believe they are "supporting our troops". Although I have the utmost respect for Senator John McCain in regards to his military service and how he dealt with the atrocities he had to endure while a prisoner of war in Vietnam, he is apparently out of touch with the sentiments of our active duty military service members. They are the ones that are having to deal with multiple deployment rotations, inadequate funding for supplies, and politicians that continue to slash veteran benefits (including Senator McCain).
