Saints Take Care Of 49ers 31-17...

Well, the Saints took care of business this past weekend and improved their record to 2-2 by beating the San Francisco 49ers 31-17. The defense really picked it up and had 6 sacks and 2 interceptions!! They need to use this momentum and take care of their next 2 games which are also in New Orleans (come on home crowd, make some noise!). Apart from the great pleasure I get from my team winning and getting out of that 2 game losing streak, it also satisfies me to know I won $30 from friends who thought the 49ers would win. Good times. Next up: Minnesota Vikings vs. New Orleans Saints in New Orleans on October 6, 2008 (Monday Night Football!!!).
