Blatantly Racist McCain/Palin Supporters...

It's becoming a serious issue with the extremely racist supporters of Sen. McCain and Gov. Palin coming out and making completely ignorant, racist, and undeserving comments and/or demonstrations. I KNOW that not all supporters of the Republican ticket are racist or have any ties to these type of supporters, but it seems to be tolerated by the ticket and that is just as disturbing. Voters have been attending McCain/Palin speaking events and bringing monkey stuffed animals with Obama memorablia attatched to it (an overtly racist act), as well as yelling out things such as "terrorist" and "kill him" when John McCain has asked the question "Who is the real Barack Obama" (his new theme). I understand not agreeing with the other candidates views on the issues, but thats exactly where it should stop...the issues! This a completely sickening trend that continues to occur and not only does it need to end, the McCain campaign needs to condemn these acts and actions and not just smile and laugh as these things are being yelled out as he is speaking.

As for the beloved "Hocky Mom", the folksy governer did not get a warm reception from true hockey fans when she dropped the ceremonial "first puck" during the Philadelphia Flyers vs. New York Rangers game. The crowd gave her a spirted "boo" chant and she just gave out her trademarked fake smile and waved to the fans. The public announcement system had to be turned up with the music to try and subdue the overwhelming boo's. This has all been a result of the general public realizing the choice for Sen. McCain to choose her as his runningmate was undeserving and insulting to someone who truly believes in the views of the Republican party. The choice was nothing more then a publicity stunt and seems to be backfiring on the campaign. Many conservatives have even asked her to take her name off the ticket (which at this point is too late). Again...22 days left until the election...what choice are you making...
